Gary Mead
Chief Executive Officer
Gary has over 30 years’ experience managing fast-growth technology companies. Most recently, he served as Vice President of International Sales for Bradford Networks. Prior to joining Bradford, Gary was Vice President of Strategic Alliances at HP where he was responsible for global sales and business development for HP’s strategic partners, and drove the successful worldwide launch of the HP ONE Alliance program with partners such as Microsoft, Avaya and McAfee.
Previously, Gary was Vice President of International Sales at Colubris Networks where he achieved substantial growth in revenues, partner distribution and strategic alliances, which led ultimately to the acquisition of Colubris by HP. Prior to joining Colubris, Gary held senior-level sales and operations roles at SpectraLink (acquired by Polycom), Octave Communications, MultiLink (acquired by PictureTel) and Motorola.
Frank Andrus
Chief Technology Officer
As Chief Technology Officer at Bradford Networks, Frank Andrus oversees all strategic technology functions, which includes evolution of the current product line, new product and services development and setting the future corporate R&D strategy.
Frank has over 20 years of experience in developing complex software solutions for enterprise and telecommunication network management applications. Frank's professional background includes assignments as a Senior Architect at Aprisma Management Technologies, where he designed and developed large-scale systems delivering advanced management services for complex multi-vendor networks. He also held senior engineering positions at Cabletron Systems and delivered secure, highly available, network management solutions including patented automated device discovery methodologies.
Frank participates in the Trusted Computing Group's Trusted Network Connect TNC architecture standards efforts.
Joe Celia
Vice President of Sales, Americas
Celia, a 28-year-veteran of the high-tech and networking industries, is responsible for Bradford Networks’ sales activities in the Americas. He joined Bradford from HP, where he headed wireless networking sales for the Americas. During his tenure there, HP grew its wireless business exponentially while expanding market share every quarter.
Prior to HP, Celia was Director of Sales for wireless networking gear vendor Colubris Networks (acquired by HP in 2008), where he helped drive significant revenue growth in new verticals such as healthcare. He has also held senior-level sales and marketing roles at Motorola, 3Com, Symbol Technologies and Accton Technology.
Matt Finn
Vice President of Finance & Administration
Matt is responsible for developing and executing the financial strategies and operations systems for Bradford Networks.
Matt has over 15 years of financial and administrative experience in both venture-backed startup companies including Granite Systems (acquired by Telcordia), and large multinational companies including Freudenberg-NOK where he served as the Corporate Treasury Manager for this $1 billion+ global company. Matt began his career in public accounting at Ernst & Young LLP and is a CPA.
David Yachnin
Vice President of Business Development
Yachnin is responsible for Business Development for Bradford Networks, and is focused on establishing and strengthening relationships with the company’s channel and industry partners – a swiftly growing area of business.
He joined Bradford Networks from CA, where he was CTO of its Federal business unit. Yachnin has worked for large public companies in sales and business development roles, including Cullinet, Oracle and Progress Software, and has also held senior sales management roles in emerging technology firms including Onewave (IPO, 1997), Systinet (acquired by HP) and Frictionless Commerce (acquired by SAP).
